We had a CAM surgery with Dr. Roberson and Dr. Tahiri for our son who has right side microtia/atresia. The whole process is a lot, especially for a three year old, but Dr. Tahiri is so responsive which has helped us a ton. He is a very caring doctor and takes the time to talk to my son and put him at ease. He made a beautiful ear for my son and it’s starting to feel like it has always been a part of him. It’s amazing what Dr. Tahiri and Dr. Roberson do. We are around 2 months post op so the ear is still healing and internal packing for the eardrum needs time to dissolve, but we are looking forward to our son being able to wear his dad’s glasses and hopefully to hear from both sides.

Our pediatrician referred us to Dr Tahiri and came highly recommended. For any parent having to face the uncertain and scary circumstances of scheduling surgery for their child, Dr Tahiri is the best. Dr Tahiri has a level of warmth and professionalism that made us feel so comfortable and safe with our 15 month old son’s surgery. He is not only the best skilled surgeon, but he kept us informed before during and after the surgery so we knew exactly what to expect. Everything from our son’s emotional response, what happens in the OR, to the scar we could expect (which is now virtually invisible) and care at home. The team at Cedars Sinai that he works with and anesthesiologist kept our son calm and comfortable. Everyone was so kind and gentle with us. We are so grateful for him and the smooth, successful surgery he led.

I can’t recommend Dr. Tahiri enough. We were referred to him by our pediatrician because my baby was born with folded ears in 2021, and then returned to him for our second baby, who also was born with folded ears in 2024. Dr. Tahiri did a great job with them and has the best bedside manner. He is gentle with babies and takes the time to explain the process to the parents (fixing the folded ears is painless for the baby). He is thorough in answering questions. You can tell from talking to him that he is very smart but also just a kind person who wants the best for his patients. You are in good hands with Dr. Tahiri!

I had a procedure on my left ear performed by Dr. Tahiri. His work was excellent, and his professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking high-quality plastic surgery.

We contacted Dr. Tahiri to see if he could do a reduction cranioplasty. He showed us pictures of past patients, explained how the operation would happen, and even detailed how a potential scar would look minimally invasive. After many months of anticipation, we are glad to report that the wait was well worth it. Dr. Tahiri is a very professional doctor Who’s attention to detail is unmatched. We are so grateful our daughter was in his care and provided his level of expertise. Going through surgery with young kids is heart-wrenching, but knowing you have a Doctor who is absolutely Committed to his work and cares so much about the outcome makes you feel that much better. Our pediatrician referred us to Dr. Tahiri, and we could not be more happy. Dr. Tahiri is an excellent physician who knows how to achieve excellent results while building a rapport with the patient (our 4-year-old son) to help him get through the procedure.

In our case, an urgent care facility had placed three staples into our son’s scalp to help heal a head injury. Our pediatrician was able to remove two of the staples but one of them became lodged & embedded into our son’s scalp. Our pediatrician recommended Dr. Tahiri to get the third staple removed.

We didn’t even know there was such a field as pediatric plastic surgery. Dr. Tahiri quickly removed the large staple, and our son is now healing perfectly. Dr. Tahiri did a perfect job. I would highly recommend Dr. T for anyone who needs such expert care.

It’s hard to even put into words how grateful we are for Dr Tahiri and his team. They worked tirelessly to help us get insurance to approve my daughters ear reconstruction. He was always there for me as a nervous mom when I was worried or unsure about it all. He is not only an incredible surgeon, but a wonderful human being. He truly cares about his patients and families. I was so impressed with how prepared their team is and how comfortable they made my daughter and I. They do a great job prepping everyone the day before and surgery day is a breeze. He also checks in and makes sure the healing is going well. He was always available to me when I had question, before and after surgery. People comment all the time that they can’t believe her new ear isn’t what she was born with…he is incredibly skilled at what he does. He pays attention to every detail you can imagine to get it just perfect. My daughter already has more confidence! We are forever grateful for Dr Tahiri and what he gave to my daughter and us as a family. Truly a wonderful experience. This is her ear only about it 6 weeks post op…. Still healing but already looks incredible!

We went to Dr. Tahiri and his team for ear molding for our 1 week old daughter. Dr. Tahiri is incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and technically skilled. He took the time to educate us on the timing and effectiveness of ear molding. He was so great with our infant, making the process seamless and ensuring she was comfortable throughout the quick procedure. Her ears turned out better than we could have imagined! Dr. Tahiri is incredible with kids and is one of the most talented plastic surgeons out there! His office staff was incredibly attentive and responsive (not to mention the office is stunning!!). We are so lucky to have been under the care of Dr. Tahiri and we are unbelievably happy with the results!

He is an excellent doctor. My son went into the surgery without any fear and came out smiling. The fact that he is always available gives us confidence. Dr. Tahiri has now become a part of our family. Excellent results. It is definitely worth coming from the other end of the world for him.
