Everyone in the team was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Despite our worries and concerns, we recieved all the help that we could possibly get, from the moment we came until we left. The doctor along with everyone involved understood our worries and made sure that we were comfortable, by answering and assessing us in the entire journey. It couldn’t get better than it was. The surgery time was stressful but they kept us updated on his condition every hour. And when the surgery was done the Dr himself came to us and gave us the news that our son was in good heath and it went successfuly. Our son is happy with his new ear and he has made friends all the way.
