Because of the unusual and specific circumstances of the surgery I needed, Dr. Tahiri informed me that if I was a family member, he would have a specific out-of-state doctor do the surgery. His honesty and obviously caring nature would be a gift to any patient. I chose to consult with him because of the amazing outcomes of prior patients. His bedside manner is warm and sincere. As a physician myself, I do not say any of this lightly, I highly recommend Dr. Tahiri to be your surgeon.

Dr Tahiri is great – he has an incredible bedside manner and puts kids as well as parents at ease. What could have been a stressful experience ended up being a positive memory. The minor procedure on our daughter’s ear went really smoothly and she recovered so quickly (with no scarring)

My daughter Lívia was born with unilateral microtia on the left side and atresia.
I met Dr. Tahiri at his conference in São Paulo in 2020, where he explained about ear reconstruction surgeries and hearing aids. It was there that I saw we were on the right track, a very intelligent, experienced, loving doctor who gave me the confidence I needed to decide, along with my wife Renata, on surgery for our daughter.
Lívia was 4 years old when he reconstructed her ear with a MedPor prosthesis and implanted the Osia 2 hearing aid. The anesthesiologist, the nurses, his entire team are excellent professionals, they treated her with so much love and care.
I was moved to see the happiness in her little eyes when she admired her new little ear in the mirror. It improved her self-esteem and self-confidence.
Dr. Tahiri is an angel who appeared in our lives, I am sure he is the best microtia surgeon in the world.

Dr. Tahiri repaired my seven-year old’s previous microtia implant after the implant fractured. From the moment I reached out to Dr. Tahiri regarding the fracture, he and his team were very responsive and made themselves available quickly so that the surgery could be performed as soon as possible to reduce the risk of further complications. The entire surgery team was wonderful to work with. Paola, Dr. Tahiri’s office coordinator was helpful and very responsive. The surgical nurses and the anesthesiologist were very kind to my young son and helped relieve his nervous energy on the day of surgery. It has now been about three weeks since his repair surgery and my son’s ear is healing very well and his ear looks great! My family is very grateful to have worked with Dr. Tahiri and his team.

We are so glad and thankful that we found Dr. Tahiri’s office. My son had a nevus sebaceous birthmark and had two surgical attempts to remove it from a previous doctor with not much luck and was told it was going to take another 3 surgeries.
