We are so grateful for Dr. Tahiri and his team. We found out about him 3 years ago and he did a free video visit with us to discuss next steps and to make sure I knew that it was nothing I did to cause our daughter’s ear condition. We were luckily enough to attend his microtia conference where he discussed the topic all day and he provided breakfast/lunch for everyone, all we had to do was register. That conference really made us feel confident in our decision to move forward with the surgery, we were even able to talk to him one on one for 15 minutes that day about our daughter. Dr. Tahiri’s team has been amazing through this journey. From going to bat with our insurance company to the surgery and post-ops, we truly have been cared for well. Dr. Tahiri has been very patient with all of my questions, answers them thoroughly, and goes out of his way to make sure the parents know what to do/expect and are at ease. When I send him an email of my daughter ear asking a question, which somehow always ends up being at night, he answers me quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
