Our entire family expresses our sincere gratitude to you and your amazing Team for the new ear of our son Vladislav. We’ve met you first in 2018 when Vladislav had right CAM surgery getting his magic hearing and so cute ear. Being 7 years old that time he started his school with very nice ear. From the first minute of our meeting before surgery we had no doubts that you treat him as you your own child. The magic done by you and your Team proves us that it is our duty as parents of a child born with microtia to inform as much as possible to the parents of other children that magic exists, and it has your address.
Few weeks ago we met again and you helped Vladislav again with his new very nice ear.
Just 2 hours after surgery and he plaid computer games like nothing happened. Its unbelivable. We do appreciate your profesionalism and warm of your heart shared with our son. We’ll fly back to Moldova this week and will not stop say to you and your Team words of gratitude. Thank you so much!
